Default a hand i played badly

I think I screwed up this hand somewhere on a later street, but what would others do?

I have only played with CO for maybe 5-10 hands, so far he's seemed a loose fishy type, but that's a very rough read. BB, on the other hand, is a lag at 51/23/1.3 over ~150 hands.

5 handed game (normally 6max table).

Hero is in the SB with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

UTG folds, CO calls, Btn folds, Hero completes, BB raises, call, call.

Flop: T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero checks, BB bets, CO calls, Hero raises, BB 3bets, CO calls, Hero calls.

Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Hero checks, BB bets, CO calls....

Somewhere along the line I need another raise, or do I? BB is a lag, but he raised two limpers from the BB and loves the flop, is AK enough of a threat to be cautious, or does the (probable) tourist give me enough equity to raise?
