Default The name sums it up (btw TY Jeny from PS support, you are a gem)

Basically i suck at teh pokah + life (obv not posting this on the real acct.), so i cry like a bitch to stars and get pwned with some standard email.... tl;dr

Hello,
>
>I have been playing on your site ever since i began playing poker after
seeing it on TV a few years ago.
>
>I recently have went through some tough times in life. I am not one to
make excuses as i am the only one to blame for my actions. I recently
decimated my poker account to the point where all i have left is ~10$,
plus some APPT tickets, a few T$, and some FPPs (~1k).
>
>I am aware that these steps sng's were made with the intention of keeping
the prize money within the system. I fully intended to play them until my
recent lapse in self control. At this point using such expensive tickets
(in relation to my bankroll) would be suicide to the future of my poker
career. I realize i am probably just another kid with a pipe dream, but
its a dream i am not ready to give up on just yet.
>
>Having said this, I understand i am grasping for straws here but i dont
know what else to do at this point. I was hoping maybe you would be
willing to convert the step tickets into T$ or something more flexible to
my bankroll (please note im not asking for real $, i do not want to cash
out.)
>
>I understand the need for you protect your game structure and enforcement
of your terms of service. If you would be so kind as to work with me on
this i promise to not tell people/ post on forums (who doesn't like a little irony) , so as not to have this
be abused. I believe this conversion would help both parties, assuming you
would generate more rake this way.
>
>I would appreciate any help you can offer, and im not just saying this to
increase the chances of it being done. I have enjoyed playing on your site
and the thought of having to quit makes me so sad i cannot express it in
words.
>
>
>Sincerely,
Loser

I was happy to receive a prompt reply like usual on this wonderful site, until i actually read it. zzzzz

Hello Loser,

Thank you for your email.

Tickets won in APPT Step Sit & Go tournaments are good only for use within
the APPT Steps system and are not transferable in any way.

Regards,

Jeny
