Default Building a game.

On Saturday nights, my local casino has a HORSE game that goes some of the time. Its always a struggle to get it going, and it sometimes breaks with 1-2 people bust/quit/change games.

The floor came over and talked to the table while the game was just forming. The idea was thrown out that they were considering trying a HORSE tourney to garner interest in the game in the hopes of boosting the player base. Everyone at the table thought that it'd be great, however I'm skeptical on whether this would actually grow the game. I'm hoping espn shows plenty of HORSE coverage this year which will in turn boost interest.

Does anyone else have suggestions on ways to build this game? Its a relatively low stake game of 5-10.
