Default Nuts or nothing call

My image at this particular table is super aggro/running the table over. This isn't necessarily a default image for me, but that's been the case for the last 25 hands or so.

Villain is like 27/7.. nothing about him has really stood out. He called me pf pretty quick, check-called the flop pretty quick. I don't minraise many turns like this with these sort of hands but I had been doing it a little this session with a wide range. His small turn re-raise was INSTA as was his river push.

Just saying that a min-reraise on the turn is a very poor way to set up a river bluff/play a draw. Seems like villian just isn't sure how to extract value besides minraising.
Edit: After reviewing the hand again, at the risk of making myself look like a moron, I feel like the villian has trips/boat here at least 75% of the time.

I was gonna say instacall wtf? Then I saw it was 7 4 s not 75s

... This hand is a mess. If you think he is on diamonds either just call and call a reasonable bet on non-diamond river, or raise more. The reason this hand got ugly is because you dont know if he 3bet the turn because he had a monster or because he sensed weakness in your bet... I would not use a play like this unless I felt I could interpret villains reaction very well.

Sure sometimes you win over diamonds here, but most of the time you're screwed.
