I was UTG on this hand. I think you have to break on the 2nd draw. Unless I'm extremely rough and I missed, you aren't a favorite. You also can't win a bet on the river with your hand. Also, you might consider 3 betting predraw.

I don't see why I would. A c/r from most people here almost always means a pat hand, probably a 8 or better. Why would I 3 bet a pat 9 when I'm well behind his range? I would probably have mucked on round 3 if I missed unless I had a good 7 draw. If I have a bad pat 8 on round 2, I'd rather muck than 3 bet.

I think 2561Badugi is asking whether you would 3-bet pat hands in general and not specifically pat 9's.
