Default 16$ : AK difficult decision on the flop

I know it's stupid to reraise and fold to the shove. Don't know what to do after his t120 bet.

I think you played it fine. Have to call because you're pretty committed and there's nothing to say he's not on an open ended straight flush draw (or royal flush draw for that matter) or something similar here.

I think you call the shove for sure, but I don't know if you raise his donk bet.

I think that you should call to his push. You've put a lot of chips in there, and even if you are behind you likely have tons of outs. And there's a solid chance that you're ahead to some sort of combo draw.
