What is the "Professional No-Limit Hold 'em: Volume I" study group?

All threads has no "initial" post and everybody refers either to the previous post or to a "page xx" but where are those pages?

"Professional No-Limit Hold 'em: Volume One" is a new book written by myself, Matt Flynn, and Ed Miller. It is a no-limit hold 'em cash game book published by Two Plus Two, and you can buy it either directly through this website, or through Amazon, Borders, B&N, or most other book retailers.

The study group is just a chapter by chapter discussion where people on the forum discuss the concepts, and sometimes Matt and I chime in. You can find links to threads of all the discussed chapters in the sticky at the top of this forum.

Has this study group died out? I don't see anything past Day 8, which is through Part 3.
