Default looking for a new laptop?

I've been using a desktop that is about five years old and besides the fact that, IMO, it's life is about over it seems to have work good since all I really do with it is play poker and surf the web... I also have older laptop that the overlay drives me crazy playing more then 2 games on it... Anyhow, I'm thinking about getting a cheap laptop that allows 4 tables of play (1600x1200), since I'm on the road quite a bit,and just hooking up a second monitor up to it at home so I can get more games... Anyone have any suggestions for a laptop that will meet my needs (4 tabling poker, supports second monitor, and inexpensive)?

realitically, dell is your only option* (www.dell.com)

every laptop they sell supports a second monitor.

ensure you get a 1920x1200 screen.

you may be able to get a cheaper deal via a second hand/ebay/refurbished style arrangement.

*you need a provider that will allow you to customise. dell does this. most other laptops that come with 1920x1200 screens also come with top of the line processors, graphics cards, memory and storage. you don't need all that stuff.

you may not need the fastest processor, but make sure you get a Core Duo or a Core2 Duo. They both smoke AMDs laptop chips.
