But its pointless anyway. First of musical taste will always differ. Second you got the 4 archetypes:

Posers only dare like music which fits their image.
Believers take 'respected' opinions of music to heart and listens to meaningless drivel of musical magazines and renowned critics.
Fanboys like the artist(s) more than they like the songs.
Tasters don't care who/what/where/when, they only care about music.

I have long identified the black lp as one of the most boring album releases in the history. The only reason this thread is a brag is because she has evidently never played the record in your presence..

The last good album by metallica was "...and Justice for All". Note that this was the only good album they ever recorded without cliff burton, yet IIRC Cliff had a hand writing most of these songs before he died.
