TINTe-mails / trustworthy e-mail provider

are there any problems with TINT mails or is it me? I filled the Request Nuts Bucks Offer but received no offer.

Is there any reliable e-mail service provider? I recieve some e-mail on time (neteller) but some are unbelievably late (Stars sends their offers about freerolls and live casts typically 1 day after they are gone. It sux.)
