Default question about rakeback for existing accounts

I've playing online for awhile and have accounts at most of the major sites... My question is this, can I get rake back at any of the following sites if I already have a preexisting account?

Party, Stars, Pokerroom, Ultimate, Paradise, FullTilt, and WilliamHill...

E-mail a Full Tilt affiliate to get it. If you are not already under an affiliate you will be able to get it.

UB: It's very easy to make a new account. Go into your current account and change your street and email addresses. Then create a new account under an affiliate. You can use the same Neteller account to deposit.

FT: Contact the affiliate you want to have your account with and have them transfer it.

Pokerroom doesn't have rakeback, but there's plenty of Ongame Network skins that do (Eurobet, Hollywood, BetOnBet, Bayou, etc.)

Paradise and Stars don't offer rakeback to anyone.

William Hill: Contact an affiliate and they might be able to transfer your account to them. If not, it's ok because there's many other Crypto skins that offer rakeback (Interpoker, PokerPlex, Sun Poker, etc.)

Anyone have any trouble with this method yet? What's a safe time to wait before i can try to create a new account at UB?
