Default 50NL - Nut straight on paired + 3 flush board facing sick river bet

Villain running at 16/13/4 over 150 hands, seems like a decent reg nothing too crazy until this hand. Don't just suggest folding preflop as I know I probably should have in hindsight.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($18.50)
CO ($60.30)
Hero ($74.35)
SB ($48)
BB ($45.15)
UTG ($40.35)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $6.5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $4.50.

Flop: ($13.75) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
CO checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($13.75) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $9.2</font>, CO calls $9.20.

River: ($32.15) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">CO bets $44.6 (All-In)</font>

Insane overbet on a scare card to my straight, but can he really just check/call a set on the turn? I suppose a flush is possible as well, overall gross spot.
Thoughts?

I think his line sucks with literally any hand he could have, but you still gotta muck this.
