50NL - river two pair and get 3 bet

I have villain at 33/5/0.7 over 100 hands or so, he's been limping a fair bit and I've been raising his limps a large amount as I had position on him. This was a pretty bizarre river spot, and I have no idea where I'm at here. I suppose he could have 22 or 66, or a really misplayed A7 or something but not too sure. Thoughts?
