UCLA, Congrats on the great tournament! I live in Oxnard Ca and am considering trying to make it down for the Thurs $340. First things first....what time does it start at? I couldn't find the info on cardplayer. Assuming I can go, can you give a quick review of the structure (blinds and x people/table) and any other basic thoughts? If it sounds fun, and my schedule permits, I will try and make it down. [/ QUOTE ] Schedule |

Rich,
Thanks for the info. Do the second chance tournies have the same blind structure as the initial ones? And I still am unable to find the blind structure.... |

Re: FT Sweat: WSOP Rincon Event #1
I posted it earlier in the thread but here it is again.
1500 starting chips blind levels were supposed to be 30 minutes but changed to 40 minutes after they made all the tables 11 handed. Started at 25/25 went to 25/50 and so on. Played 3 levels and then 10 minute break. Antes start at the 5th level. |

[/ QUOTE ] i think the second chance ones are 20 min levels. [/ QUOTE ] Pretty sure they're 30 mins. The blind structure is a little different for second chance vs regular events if I am not mistaken. Whatever it is, you are very right that you need to be very aware of structure vs stacks vs level time remaining at all times. Also make sure you know who is aware of stack size importance and who is not because it will be crucial to putting people on ranges (hint: most people have no idea). Hope to meet you guys out there. |
