I'd shove. You're M is low as is M of the 2 already in the pot. AKo is a good hand for a coin flip.

Yeah, 11.5 BB, I don't see how you can fold AK at all, no matter who shoved and/or called. Considering UTGs short stack, he could be pushing any ace or king that seems decent (A9-AK, K10-KQ) and trying to catch something or take the blinds. MPs range probably consists of 22-AK, I don't see him having a big monster QQ/KK/AA hand either. Probably had a middle of the line pair trying to knock the shorty out.

I think I'd be calling here with 99-AA (obv) and AJ maybe, but probably AQ and definitely AK. Assuming the ranges described above, I'm not sure if I'm going to call with any K, other than MAYBE KQ, but most likely not.
