Default WTF spot against offthenuts

We know each other and have talked and played together for a long time. Original raiser is baronzeus.

On the one hand his line makes no sense with a big hand. On the other hand, i have an underpair vs a normally solid opponent.

I disagree with this. But I can also see some bigger draws in his range here as well. I call and re-evaluate the river, mostly likely calling assuming baronzeus folded.

this is all read dependant.
What does he think you will do with AK/ AQ?

if you call will he fire a 3rd barrel if he's bluffing?

What line to you all like to take here if you are BB with KQ/K10/A10 of clubs? Are you trying to maximize FE against these 'solid' opponents by raising somewhere with your draw or do you want to keep the original raiser in the hand by calling until you improve?

This flop is awful. Do we really have to bet it?

i would probably check the turn and fold almost all rivers. I just find that people are never folding anything that has us beat and our equity just isn't very good here.

if i bet the turn i would auto fold to a raise normally. I think you make an interesting point that he decided to c/c the flop and keep CO in than wakes up on the 2o turn. Definetly seems like it should be T8 or somekind of semibluff. I haven't played with you in a while, but you are a reg who definetly can make folds and CO looks weak here, so maybe he decided a draw had enough folding equity to c/r and bet river vs you, but i think equally likely is a hand like JT where he waits till a good turn to c/r.

I dont know offthenuts game but wouldn't he c/r every set and 2pair on the flop? Does he ever just c/c the flop with a flush draw?

Do you fire AK here most of the time? If so and you've played enough with offthenuts maybe he thinks he can c/r an even weaker hand like 87 on the turn and get BZ off better hands?

I always feel weak checking the turn here, but I can't imagine its that bad / we never get put in this position.
