Party NL weird bug, happen to anyone else?

So I join a new table, buy in for the usual 200, and next hand I'm UTG and I get dealt cards. I can't remember if I was prompted to say wait for BB or not but I check my stack and I still have 200, I'm UTG and I have cards. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

yeah, something like thisnhappened to me a few days ago, but it posted the blind for me as like $40 or something, but my stack was not changed , it's wierd
