1. Since you didn't shove the flop I can only assume villain doesn't squeeze that often and the turn is quite possibly a fold but close.

2. It's results oriented since its in your post but this really seems like a fold vs 18/15.

3. Bet more on flop and shove turn, that way you just get to feel bad about the river but don't have to make crying call/fold. I'd prob muck.
