So, how 'bout them Bears?

[/ QUOTE ]
Rex Grossman doesn't just suck, he swallows.

[/ QUOTE ]

How can people expect so much from a relatively inexperienced QB? He took his team to the Super Bowl, and thats pretty damned good. Give this guy a few more years to mature, and the bears will be winning super bowls. Getting rid of Grossman would be about 1/10th as dumb as the Chargers firing Shottenheimer, which would make it the 2nd dumbest move in the NFL this year.

BTW, I hate the Bears.

....Seriously though, stop playing at crappy poker sites. If you're worried about cheating, you should go play at Full Tilt where the games run clean as a whistle.

this is totally off topic, but i was donking around at the casino the other night playing low limit, limit poker and the board was something like 89qj or and I said "ZOMG 10 makes a straight" just messing around, and some guy got all offended and said isomething to the effect of its illegal to comment about a hand, at all, during the hand. yeah? i just thought you couldn't talk about yours or specific players' hands.

I can't tell if you learned your lesson or not.

But the player who told you to shut up was 100% correct.
It was completely inappropriate for you to have said this.

If you don't believe me you can ask in the B&M forum and any number of people over there will say the same thing.

I persoanlly have said my hand before. There was three of us in the pot and I was in the pot with my BB with 7-2. Flop came a couple high suited cards and a duece. I said "well, I have 1 pair" a guy raised and I folded. For that I got a warning and if I talk about my hands again they are going to strip my chat privlidges. So what they did should defineatly be punishable by getting their accounts frozen.

I'm only coming from friendly home games

[/ QUOTE ]

Imagine for a moment that you and nine of your friends are invited to a "friendly home games". You decide to play a tournament where the top 2 get paid. After a couple of hours, it is down to you, Friend A, and Friend B.

Friend A says to Friend B: "Let's screw over masseyis so that he doesn't finish in the money". Friend B agrees.

From that point onwards, they refuse to go heads up with each other, and show each other their hole cards every time you fold. For all intents and purposes, they are now playing 2 on 1.

Eventually you're first to act and you go all in with JJ. You have both Friend A and Friend B covered by a small amount. Friend A is next to act and looks at Friend B and says "I have pockets 7's, what do you have?" Friend B replies "I have pocket aces, fold so that you don't get knocked out this hand". Friend A folds, and you get severely crippled when your hand doesn't improve.

Had Friend A stayed in the hand, he would have been knocked out, you would have won the side-pot and you would have finished in the money. Instead, you eventually get blinded out and have to go all-in with rags. Friend A and Friend B both call you and verbally agree to check it down. You lose to Friend B's 72o when he makes a pair of 2's on the river. Friend A and Friend B then chop the pot and laugh at you.

Still seem fair to you?

I wouldn't have it any other way. It's the only chance those donkeys have of beating me.
