Having problems getting HH from UB

I played a few .02/.04 HU sessions with my Hula teammate, and UB is a pretty foreign site to me so I didn't realize I had to have pahud or that pt tagalong application running to import hands, so neither of us have a record for our HH.

I emailed memberservices@ub twice now, and have gotten neither a response nor any hand histories from them. I know like a month ago they were [censored] all over themselves with that update. Is that still the case? Another email address I should request from?

I sent one email from UB's built-in customer support in the client, and two from my email account over the past 2 or 3 days and nothing.

I recently had to send 3 emails to them but I got my hand histories eventually. Typically, response time was 2-3 days. It helps if you can give them the time of day around when you played. They are slow, but in their defense, they did get it done.
