[ QUOTE ]
Do you think God has more authority than the laws of today?

[/ QUOTE ]

If he exists, and if the Bible is his word, then he does not have more moral authority as he has proven to be of a dubious character and unworthy of worship based on his actions alone. And by dubious and unworthy, yes I am using my (God-given) brain to make those judgments which is the only faculty I am capable of using. Just because he may be more powerful does not grant him moral authority, if we define moral authority as that earned by our innate (evolved, whatever) sense of justice. I'm more powerful and intelligent than my dog, but this does not grant me the moral authority to burn my dog for eternity, ask it to kill its puppies in deference to me, or live its entire life dedicated to my worship.

If you are truly interested, look at Ephesians chapter 2...read it over several times...paying particular attention to Chapter 2, verse 2....

posting endless links to the supersitions of our ancestors that have been around for many, many centuries is hardly interesting news or insightful.

Last time I checked, this forum is used mainly for bringing people YOUR OWN interesting insights. If you don't have the capacity/motivation to interpret the links you post, don't post them. Also; please stop trolling this forum

The links you provide do none of these things though!

They are off-topic just enough to distract things. They don't illustrate your point since you follow them up with no support and dodge questions about them. And most of them cite the Bible heavily, which frankly, is not very compelling when you are trying to use it in a rational discussion about Science, Math and Philosophy.

I suspect he's leveling everyone. I believe he's an atheist trying to mock Christians.
