Any suggestions on where to grab a quick bite?

The noodle bar is fantastic. Bigass bowl of noodle soup is ~$8, entres are ~$12. Everything there is delicious. It's called noodles of the world or something and is located in the center of the casino near the high-rollers room.

Downstairs is the food court. Fatburger is great. Good pizza too. I haven't tried the Tony Luke's down there. Panda Express too, but why go there when you can go to the noodle bar?

The buffet is very good. Not quite as good as the better Vegas ones, but still very good and worth the ~$27 for dinner.

Any tips on the $1/2 NL game there?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's a standard 1/2 game. Don't bluff, don't slowplay, vbet hard. Profit.

The 2/5 game there is terrific, especially on weekends. If you're running well take a shot.

Anything else I should know?

Comp dollars are 2-1 in the food court, so your $6 fatburger meal becomes $12. So don't use comp dollars down there because you can use them to pay for your room at a 1-1 conversion.

I'm going up there this upcoming weekend for some 10-20 O/8. What is the comp structure?

You get $2/hr in your comp account. The comp card is used to pay for things (i.e., no comp slips required).

Does anyone know what sort of players play in this game? (I assume you mean the two-way Omaha 8/Stud 8 game.) When I have played these games at lower limits (3/6 mostly) at Taj and Trop, the average age of players is about 75, and they are extremely loose. Is this game similar?

Nick,

There were two Borgata OE trip reports in the O8 forum.
