Default KK flop bet of $20 gets c-raised all in $65.25 call or fold?

No point in hiding the outcome because I wouldn't be posting if I won the hand... so, who lays down here?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
9 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is Button with :ks :kd
UTG folds, [color=#cc0000]UTG+1 raises to $4</font>, 4 folds, [color=#cc0000]Hero raises to $14</font>, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: :qs :2s :8h ($29.5, 2 players)
UTG+1 checks, [color=#cc0000]Hero bets $20</font>, [color=#cc0000]UTG+1 raises all-in $65.25</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: :6c ($160, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $160)

A read would be really helpful, but yeah, this is an instacall 95% of the time.

I gotta say that you definetly need some sort of read on the guy. With absolutely no read I guess i call most of the time but I am really not to excited about calling. But in this situation I would always depend on some sort of a read.
