Yeah, I think I saw a local news interview where that guy's from (AZ?) on YouTube. He said that he doesn't really work out that much, like 3 times a week just mostly weights.

Supposedly local plastic surgeons volunteered work after they heard about it. I wonder what triggered him to turn it around.

How much weight does one need to lose to get that much excess skin? And the only way to get rid of it is surgically?

[/ QUOTE ]I think so. I knew a guy in boot camp who had lost like 120 pounds beforehand. He didn't really have much fat left on him at all, but his skin was really really saggy. Much moreso on his body than his face.
