I chose this too. I really like mexican, thai, and even Indian.. but I felt this would remain the most intersting and keep me the healthiest.

Why was Moroccan on the list? is that popular anywhere other than Morocco? I spent two weeks travelling through there in May.. it's pretty much bland bread and bland tagienes (sp?). Not all that delicious.

I voted Italian, I figured japanese would be in second. It seems like half this forums' favorite food is sushi.

Chinese, mainly because the rest of my life is(hopefully) a pretty long time. And Chinese cuisine is immensely diverse.

Talk about diverse. The difference between much of the regions in Italy is immense it is not all Pizza and Pasta.
