I'm going for Thai. It was a gut decision, as it means I have to give up the love of my life (my pasta bake recipe) but i feel that they offer a HUGELY varied amount of dishes, so i'm least likely to tire of it.

If I was resigned to eating Indian "cuisine" for the rest of my life I wouldn't make it to the NFL season opener.

I guess I'm far away from Mexico and proximity to authentic cuisine from each culture may make a huge difference. I expect Mexican to win because of the # of US peeps here.

UK mexican food would probably make them weep.

Assume that whatever you pick all meals would be prepared by a professional well versed in that cuisine.
