[ QUOTE ]
How many people seriously think he could have kept the money, or dumped the money to someone, without there being repercussions?

[/ QUOTE ]

What he should have done is go to blackjack, roulette, and whatever other table games they have, and 30-table for max bets. If he loses any of the money, he loses it to them, so they wouldn't really be able to go after him legally or anything, and if he wins a few hundred thousand, he has a chance of getting to keep it. Maybe whatever technician that f'd up on party, just goes in and takes the 43 million back out w/o paying any attention to his total balance/acount history. This money could be chip-dumped to friends, since Party likely performs some cursory investigation for any large cashout.

OP, Party gave you a huge freeroll and you declined to take advantage.

Get out any money you can any way you can, then send an email to the that you're closing your account pending an investigation. Get them all worked up and they'll come here posting about how to get their money back.

Obviously partypoker would be able to track everything you did with the money. cashing out will be denied and chipdumping would get your friend in trouble. The only thing you could do however is go sit at a highstakes table, alerting a friend who can play that game to come sit on that table to, and then just playing as a total retard to EVERYONE on that table. obvioulsy you tell your friend what you have before going allin with him so he always have the best of it, but you gotta make sure to lose about as much to at least 4-6 other players at that table. Then Party can conclude you just abused the money you found. They can't take the mone away from the winning players, and they cant do [censored] to yourself cause you have $0 in your account anyway.

Thats what I would do anyway
