Has anyone here cashed out from BetRoyal's poker or sportsbook? Are they reputable? Or will getting $300 or so out of them be worse than a root canal?

they will pay but you have to hound them constantly by phone. they only process cashouts at then end of the day (around 5PM EST) so try and confirm the withdrawls the day of. and also try and avoid taking money out at the end of the calendar month - they don't want to mess up their "accounting period" blah blah.

anyway, be assertive and it will be fine. obviously they don't have the best business practices, but your money is your money, so go get it.

So the customer service girl who told me to call back at 6PM EST is full of [censored], and I should call back for another rep?

you can try again today but most of the time for me it's a multi-day process. there is a manager guy who has some pull there, but I try not to bother him more than once a week if they are slow paying me. if you don't have any progress by the tuesday after the super bowl, PM me and i'll try and give you more tips.
