MGR = Monthly Gross Revenue It is calculated using the "dealt cards" method. If 6 players are dealt cards and the pot is raked $3 each player is credited with $0.50 MGR. You can view this in PT on the game notes tab by hitting show all and looking at the column. This is what sites like Full Tilt and Party use in determining what they pay affiliates which in turn becomes your rakeback.

Contributed Rake is what Pokertracker lists on the general tab and it is what some other sites use for calculating rakeback. Under this method you will notice you pay a lot more rake in sessions where you win a lot of pots. It's basically a total of the rake that was taken out of pots awarded to you. If the pot is $100, $3 rake is taken out, you are awarded $97, and the $3 counts towards your "contributed rake."
