What is Party Doing?
Ok, what the hell is partygaming doing? Why did they shut down? It is not illegal to play online poker, it is not illegal to host online poker...so why did they shut down, does anyone know the answer here?

Good morning...
When President Bush signed the recent bill into law, it reinforced that it was illegal for online i-gambling sites to take funds from US players. As a publicly traded UK company, PartyGaming and others have a responsibility to comply with US law, with regard to taking money from US citizens.

PokerStars did not pull out because they are breaking the law. If you do not think that PokerStars is breaking the law, then ask them why they have postponed their IPO indefinetly. Fat chance the DOJ would go after the Israeli owned site because America is already in bed with Israel. You guys are all a bunch of [censored] morons.
