Prima whoring Q

Can I sign up at a Prima skin with an address from an unrestricted state but play from a restricted one?

I'm not trying to be shady or anything-at least not too much-the reason I ask is that I'm living in an unrestricted state but will be moving back to Illinois (a restricted state) in a week or so. Therefore I would like to, if at all possible, make accounts at all the sites I plan to play at an then play when I have moved back.

I live in illinois, and I play on prima.

I think putting an address you do not live at is not worth the risk. If you are caught, your monies will most likely be lost..
