Firstly, I don't like Q9 suited against someone nitty, fold or 3bet pre IMO.
Secondly, bet the turn.
those saying this river is kk, jj, whatever often enough to call, are pretty much paying off AQ here all the time.

If you had potted the turn, then I could stack off on this river because now he has c/c'd you twice with aq to beat you, make a strange kk, jj, much more possibly

I would call. I've played with him a lot, and think he could have a set here.

Also he is a super nit like 90% of the time and 10% of the time he's a tilty spewy tilt monkey. If he just lost a big pot on another table, I could totally picture him just jamming here. Especially a set that missed a turn c/r.

the guy min raised pre, c/c flop and overbet pushes river? He clearly has some issues, and if its a nuts/second nuts situation against a weird guy then [censored] happens. If you have some sort of read on the guy saying he only pushes AQ here then fine, but from OP's view he's up against an unknown donkish player and there's no way he should folding.
