Pokerstars Echeck situation and concern

I decided to use the echeck deposit method for stars. I did it in late august and immediately the chips were on stars for my use. As of 9/11 today, the funds have not been taken from my bank for those chips.
Now however long they take to get their money is no concern of mine. Ive contacted bill collector twice and was told that the difficulties were techincal on their end.
The point of concern is that if the companies involved show little concern over a timeline to get their money, what concern will they have if delays are given on a cashout. I cashed out for a certain amount recently using the Echcek option and dont really have faith that my concerns will be met by them.
After all I reminded Billcollector twice of the delay and they basically shot back it will get done when it gets done(the withdrawl from my bank acct) Has anyone else experienced delays or even had a successful cashout?
