Default 50 NL - Passive villian gets aggro

Villian is 16/8/1.29 and fwiw his turn AF is .71 over 300 hands.

I was going for a checkraise on the flop but he ruined that. On the turn the straight gets there, now that is not a very large part of his range but he wakes up all of a sudden.

So my two questions are:

Does anybody 3bet the turn?

Does anybody play the river differently?

Donk is better on the flop because you can trap BB's dead money in the hand.
3-bet the turn all day long. Tons of draws out there and lots of cards will kill your action on the river.
You have to check raise this river for value.

I would donk the flop, with 3 people I don't think he will cbet unless he has hit something.
I don't think a 16/8 will raise T8, or do they?
It looks more like 77 (or a slowplayed 66/22), so I think you can shove here.

I think donking is the correct move on the flop, and I missed a ton of value here

Bet the flop for value and info on villians possible hand.

Check raise all in on the river.

3bet the turn and shove the river. Definitely donk this wet flop to trap BB.

its a sin not to lead a draw heavy flop with a set.
