Does anyone else think the amount of clapping is a little bit ridiculous?

That first part was kinda cool with all the BS "lets be friends" between Bush and Pelosi. I haven't been watching much TV news lately, this is the first time I've seen Pelosi on TV live since she became Speaker. I don't think the whole "most powerful American woman ever" thing quite hit me until now.

Listening to his opening spiel about the economy, I don't know how his approval is at 28%. Usually good economy = popularity. Just goes to show how royally botched up Iraq is.

Uh, what do you think is in those budget bills you sign every year. I mean, before the GOP congress stopped passing budget bills because they're lazy.
