It's hard to put him on a hand if he's unknown to the table, but he's not going to be minraising with a second best hand on the river...so fold.

I always fold to these minraises with one pair.
Villian almost always does this for value.
Plus no draws missed that villian could be bluffin on.
so yeah I fold this even though we get sick odds

Probably has A9. No one really raises on the river at these stakes unless they have the goods.
