Seriously, you tilt for 100 hands and get back to where you were a week ago.

OK. Revised theory:

If you can stop yourself from tilt/spew/FPS'ing, 90% of poker is just being there.

Graph since I went out there (I came home around hand 6100).

In a few words: I like!!!

It was $3k, and I feel it was totally worth it. It's amazing how much he convinced me to change my game in a matter of 3 days by focusing on why certain moves are correct. He also gave me the framework to analyze my game both at and away from the tables, so I'm not constantly worrying if I'm playing poorly (I used to worry about this a lot). Now I know when I'm playing well and when I'm spewing.

It also made me want to start finding students of my own. While I know I won't be as good of a coach as Rob, I could tell that it's a pretty rewarding experience to help transform somebody's game.

10% playing good and 90% being there: 2-3PTBB/100
50% playing good and 50% being there: 3+PTBB/100

It took me the whole month and the tilt, move up sessions in the beginning of the month should have never happened. But after about 20,000 hands...we're there.

Does $3k include airfare to Boston (that's where he is, right?)? If no, how much on top was that? Does he feed you too?
