This is a place for myself and the other one or two Falcons fans (and whoever else might want to join in) to discuss the team this year and our life post-Vick.

Obviously an underwhelming start today, but the defense did give me some hope. Harrington actually wasn't as atrocious as I expected either, but both the playcalling and, as always, the WR performance hurt us somewhat. The o-line wasn't too hot, either. And what was with Norwood's 5 carries today? Petrino's going to have to rethink things...

Brian Brohm, I hope you're paying close attention.

[censored] falcons screwed my fantasy team this week, minnesota d had ~30 fantasy pts.

that being said i hate the falcons, so i'm glad they lost/suck.

I didn't a get a chance to catch this gem, but even though JH threw for some yards, he posted his standard sub-70 passer rating I see.

Can this team win more than 3 games? MAybe a couple home wins, and surprise someone on the road.

I'm hoping for Brohm big time. Who is the main threat to getting him? The Browns have Quinn so I guess it would be KC as the main competitor here?

Yeah, I see KC as our chief rival in the Brohm sweepstakes. Raiders have Russell, Browns have Quinn, Giants have Eli, etc. We've got a great shot.

Petrino said he's going to play Norwood more. Hopefully he will be the starter soon.

They will be competing for the #1 overall pick this year.

I'm giving serious consideration to Atl +10.5 this week. I really don't think Jacksonville is nearly as good as people seem to think. They've now lost 4 games in a row. The Titans ran all over them last week. Thoughts?
