Re: Sit back and cash or play those cowboys
[ QUOTE ]
If you want too win try this. Never go or call an all in unless your very short stacked against a player who 50% of your chips or more preflop. Let the crazys nock each other out. I think your better make a 3-5 BB bet to try and pick up blinds and if you get raised all in fold unless you don't mind risking being put out. First try and be ITM then try and win. [/ QUOTE ] High blinds, and some raises you all-in and you have KK. Dude, you should never fold. What you propose is loser talk. |

Re: Sit back and cash or play those cowboys
I personally don't like getting my money in when im NOT a big dogg. its better to get it in when you're behind.
This advice will take you far |

Re: Sit back and cash or play those cowboys
[ QUOTE ]
I was playing a 11$ snG on stars (45 man) and made the top 6 already. I was healthy stacked like in 3rd place and the blinds were high... a pretty tight player (chip ldr) raise me all in when i had cowboys and he had KJ suited. he obviously won and i got 6th but there were like 2 ppl with basically no chips and if i sat back i would have won a lot more and probably come 3rd.. what would u do? should i have laid them down in this case? I know its said "never lay down cowboys" but im not so sure in this situation. [/ QUOTE ] hey duder. don't worry you did the right thing and it's not even close. something to keep in mind in sit n go's is that finishing first is significantly better than finishing just in the money. |
