They've ignored my emails for 6 days now and won't take my calls. At least they didn't steal money from me. They do have my SSN and DL# though - that's making me feel pretty good right now.

I have filed a dispute on that charge ($212). There is no reason to put up with a service like this.

ePassporte is great at this point. Been using it for 2 years and it rocks.

i am goin to do the same thing if they don answer my email in next 24 hr.

What is quite funny is how much bashing I received in my initial thread MyWebATM = Garbage.

Now everyone starts singing.

i don't know anything about mywebatm, but a rash of disputes/chargebacks could result in nobody being able to use the service anymore (that's what made a lot of credit card companies stop accepting gaming transactions back in the day). of course, given that mywebatm doesn't seem to provide the service that it is supposed to, this might be a good thing.

You guys are going to give yourself a ton of financial headaches when you try to dispute these charges now and your bank ends up siding with MyWebATM. I'm sure its in their T&C that it may take up to 7 business days for the banking transaction to clear on their end. You're going to have to wait another couple of weeks for the transactions to go through before you start panicing.

I don't like the current situation, but I also don't think people have given them enough time given the probable huge increase in traffic they just recieved.

The process worked as advertised for me. I got my card number on the site and my balance is available for use.

Yup, within the stated time frame it was ready to be used. I was an idiot and did the minimum, however, and that isn't enough to process a deposit on FT.

Doh.

Same here. Checked this morning, and my $50 is ready to use, Visa account number/exp. date etc.

I signed up with the $50 (minimum deposit at FTP) with the idea to create MyWebATM as another withdrawal method from Full Tilt. Hopefully that gets added soon.

Remember to take your meds people.
