That is a good thread. Thanks for posting it.
I think this situation is a little different (not a lot, but a little) because of the J on the flop. It's right in the limping zone and there is still a lot of limp/calling at the 1/2 level on Bodog. It is very reasonable to think that the villain has TJ,KJ,QJ,AJ and not just a flush draw. Given that and the stack size, you have to call if you bet and you are almost always calling a river bet unless the 4th diamond drops. |

Thanks. I did bet with the intention of calling. In retrospect, I was thinking I might be losing value against a class of hands where the turn A is killing the action.
