Indeed, most of us were unavailable over the holiday weekend as we were taking a break and spending time with our families. suggestion: next time just open an out-of-office advise thread on your forum to avoid some panic

Hey gieffe, sorry about that, we normally have a guy around who answers support mail and forum posts over the weekends, but that particular weekend he had a personal emergency that left him unavailable. If I had known that he wouldn't be around before hand I would have definitely posted something in the forum to let people know that things would be moving pretty slowly over the weekend.
