Indeed, most of us were unavailable over the holiday weekend as we were taking a break and spending time with our families. We're all back at work now and are getting caught up, if anyone has any questions or concerns they should contact PokerSavvy Support via email or our forum and we'll be sure to look into it! Hey gieffe, sorry about that, we normally have a guy around who answers support mail and forum posts over the weekends, but that particular weekend he had a personal emergency that left him unavailable. If I had known that he wouldn't be around before hand I would have definitely posted something in the forum to let people know that things would be moving pretty slowly over the weekend.

Fortunately everything is back on track now!
