Last time I had sweet potato fries, the chipotle mayo sauce was tough to beat, and transformed them into one of the finest fried items ever to grace my lips.

I'd dip them in any kind of condiment or food I had available. Chilli/tartar/tomato soup/mushroom soup/creamed corn/anything

ketchup and massive amounts of salt. In fact, to properly salt your fires, do not sprinkle the salt onto the fries - it just bounces off. Instead, salt the ketchup you will be using to dunk your fries into. If you're a salt fiend like I am, this is the only way to go.
