What to get mom for Christmas

its about time to start Christmas shopping, but the hardest person to buy something for has always been my mom. I can't get her shoes, fragrances, or any other typical girl thing because she has her own taste and prefers to get that stuff on her own, im sure some of you guys have the same problem. Anybody have any ideas? Something she'll really like, and not just pretend like she likes it. She likes Snow White stuff but she already has a lot of that stuff, got her a back massager thing last year, and I dont want to give her a gift card because that shows no effort. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
