I should add that while I would check hand 1 vs some people, I would never do it here since he peels a lot of PPs when you Cbet the flop. I would check the turn if he calls, and obviously bet the river if he checks back the turn.

Jut out of curiosity are we c/c or c/r turn?

These are all bets for different reasons. First one is because there is a huge gap between the top and bottom card amking it more plausible for him to be calling the flop with a lot of mid pairs. 2nd hand their are multiple straight draws plus he can have a lot of mid pairs to peel with plus the occasionaly mid and bottom set or bottom 2pr. 3rd hand, whenever u have middle or bottom set, you have to just hope and pray that the guy hit top pair and value town him

Also we are kinda just looking at these in a vacuum. From a game theoretical/balance stand point You should be betting these almost always as well no matter what you hold

I don't mind checking hand two sometimes. Lots of good cards can fall to give you a lot of action, on the turn.

Typically, I'm betting all of these, though:
1) $50ish
I like a small bet to ensure he floats all those pairs, and it also might make him bluff. Also, it's consistant with what I'd bet here with whatever.
2) $30
I kinda want to make it smaller, but this is a good number to get stacks in if he keeps calling.
3) $35-$40
Good number to get stacks in, and there just aren't many second best hands he can improve to here, and this guy doesn't sound like one to bluff. Same goes for hand one.

I usually bet all 3. I check hand 1 maybe 20% and check hands 2 and 3 probably 10%.

against nits checking may be best on all three

against real ppl it depends on a lot more stuff- for instance if im playing an aggressive strong player and had been cbetting often recently i would always bet hand 1
