Default TT vs Super LAG in Venetian 1k

4th level of the tourney at 100/200/25.
I was pretty active early on but had to tighten up since the table was pretty loose over all. Villain is by far the most active player. He limps behind a lot and even open limps and likes to see flops. He does raise his big hands though, AJ+ and TT+.

The Hand:

Hero is in MP2 with TT. All folds to me and I make it 600 with 12k behind. Villain covers, and is in the SB makes it 2400 to go. This is the first time he has 3-bet anyone at the table PF. BB folds and its back to me.

Since I have been fairly tight the last two levels is this an auto fold or can i get away with shoving or even just calling and playing position ?
