UB Situation

I used to play in UB about 1 year ago. I had an account and cashed most of it out. I think I might have left 20 dollars. I havent logged onto UB in almost a year. I had a couple of rakeback related questions and figured this was the place to ask.

Is my account still alive?

If I open a new account and get rakeback on it will I get in trouble? I dont have access to my old email or the old account at all. I dont even remember the password or what email I used to register it.

Just wondering about this because I saw some good rakeback deals for UB and I was thinking of playing there again.
