25NL - TPTK vs some guy who has been owning me

villain has been abusing me in position over the past 40 hands or so...his stats are only 27/8/0.8 but he has called every raise I have made (6 times in a row) and has floated the flop on every single one, then bet the turn if I check (5 times) or raised the turn if I bet again (1 time)...I let him have each hand, so I haven't seen him show down anything

do I have to let him have this one too?
If I am playing, should I just be callin his minraise or pushing?

Against player described, get the money in somehow.

If he has been calling you every time on the flop you should get more value - bet full pot. Also, if you check the turn you just know this guy will take a pop at it. Let him bet, then call. If river is a blank you can bet for value again.

As played and given history you should call his turn minraise.

I usually pick a spot to put him to the test. This is as good as any.

I minraise him back this should pretty much commit him if he wants to call.

According to your description of villain and how the board looks, I'd say you should try to get your money in in any way here. I think I reraise all in, even if he fold we send him an message.
