25NL - 43s turns a flush..river pairs and I'm raised

villain is 25/6/0.6
he has been playing back at me from his blinds when I try to steal..floating or raising my c-bets, etc...not sure that it matter at all here though

haven't seen him minraise any flops like this...

the reason I bet out on the turn was that I think I can be pretty sure that he at least has 2 pair here and I don't think he'll call pretty large bets if I bet out on the turn and river..whereas he'll probably check behind afraid of the flush if I check..how would you play the turn...

on the river..I have to bet this for value, right?..can I fold to his relatively small raise here?

I dunno, villain is so passive. I doubt he raises the river with less than a higher flush.He's almost never bluffing here with this bet size. This looks like a standard passive value line to me. I probably fold.
