Default 200nl: Ugly flop spot with TPGK against donk!

Villian is 44/21/4 over about 80 hands.

This spot sucks - he could have a draw, a set, 2 pair, a worse Qx, air etc.

What's Hero's play?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($202.15)
MP ($51.07)
Hero ($224.15)
Button ($190)
SB ($425.60)
BB ($308.19)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
1 fold, MP calls $2, Hero raises to $10, 1 fold, SB (poster) calls $9, 1 fold, MP calls $8.

Flop: ($32) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $22, SB raises to $44, MP folds, Hero ???

This is usually a set or 76 imo in a multiway pot. I frequently fold the flop, or maybe call and fold the turn to a decent bet.

i like calling and then shutting down. villain will shut down or bet 20% pot or you'll improve a fair amount.

This would prolly be my line too (to fold it: min raises tend to be sets, if the guy's on a draw, he's showing a lot of strength by check-raising OOP).

This, to me, is where a read is really critical. OP says villian is a 'donk'. If that's so, that you really think he'd check-raise OOP with a draw, then find out where you're at and pop back. If he just calls, he might actually be on the 2pr and you can take the free card after he checks the turn to you. If he bets again or reraises, to me, would be insta-fold. You've spent more, but you might have preserved your stack, should you have just called, spiked a King or a third queen and you're both AI on the river to find that he did have a set all along.

What says the collective?

I like seeing the turn here, too. There is quite a bit of money in the pot.
